We're a breath of fresh air in the IT support space.
We charge $135 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour per job. There is no callout fee, no travel fee and no booking fee — our technicians are employees rather than subcontractors, and we pay no franchise margin, so there is less between you and the person doing the work. We usually finish within the hour, and if we won't, you hear it from us before we continue.
Unlike other major companies that contract out their services, all Afford IT staff are employees who work as a team to serve your interests — not those of a major corporation.
Our office is conveniently located in Indooroopilly, right next to the shopping centre. Level 2, 49 Station Road, Indooroopilly QLD 4068 (inside Cyber Guys office). Please call and make an appointment first.
